Eva Clarke

Marketing Manager
Connect on Linkedin

Eva is Head of Marketing at GreenScale, where a big part of her role is making sure people know what’s happening across GreenScale’s developments and have clear, accessible information about the company’s plans and progress. She manages GreenScale’s communications and social media, including Facebook and LinkedIn, sharing updates, answering questions and telling the story of what GreenScale is building and why.

As part of telling that story, Eva works closely with Anna to communicate GreenScale’s sustainability commitments and the progress being made towards them. Sharing these commitments openly with our communities and the wider public is an important part of holding GreenScale accountable to what it has set out to achieve.

Eva is also closely involved in GreenScale’s community engagement. She helps organise town hall visits, local events such as GreenScale’s stand at Heimesommar, and visits to schools and universities. She particularly enjoys meeting people in the communities around GreenScale’s developments and helping young people learn more about data centres, sustainability and how digital infrastructure can be built in a more responsible way.

Outside of work, Eva loves spending time with animals and is a local dog and cat sitter. Being half-Swiss, she has a strong appreciation for nature and the outdoors, and loves swimming in rivers and lakes. One thing still on her Tonstad bucket list is jumping off Tonstad bru!

Anna Dowson

Sustainability Director
Connect on Linkedin

Born and raised in Brazil, Anna moved to the UK to study Environmental Building Design, driven by an early interest in how buildings can be designed and operated more sustainably. She now lives in London with her husband and their two young sons, and remains passionate about advancing sustainable design and operations across the built environment.

Understanding both the vital role critical infrastructure plays in supporting modern society and the opportunity to deliver it in a more sustainable way led Anna to join GreenScale as one of its first employees. Joining at such an early stage gave her the opportunity to embed sustainability into the business from day one.

As our Senior Director of Sustainability, Anna is helping shape the development of Tonstad DataPark from the ground up. Her focus is on ensuring the project delivers positive outcomes for both the environment and the local community, from reducing carbon emissions and promoting circular economy initiatives such as heat reuse, to supporting local initiatives and creating lasting value for the region.

Having recently led the creation of GreenScale’s 12 sustainability commitments, Anna will now oversee their delivery throughout the development of Tonstad DataPark, helping ensure we achieve what we set out to.

Nenad Keseric

Managing Director, Norge
Connect on Linkedin

Few people understand Norway’s energy and infrastructure landscape better than Nenad. Over the past 20 years, he has led major projects across renewable energy, critical infrastructure, and operational development, holding senior leadership roles at Hydro Rein, Statnett, Equinor, Statkraft, and Ocean Sun.

Having spent his career helping deliver the infrastructure that underpins modern society, Nenad was drawn to GreenScale by the opportunity to develop Tonstad DataPark in a way that creates lasting value for both the local community and the wider region. As our Managing Director Norway, he is leading the project on the ground, working closely with the municipality, local businesses, organisations, residents, and cabin owners to ensure the development reflects the needs and ambitions of Sirdal.

Nenad lives near the Oslo Fjord with his family and spends as much of his free time outdoors as possible. Whether skiing through the winter, hiking in the mountains, or preparing fresh fish by the fjord, he has a deep appreciation for Norway’s natural landscapes.

As Tonstad DataPark progresses, Nenad will be the first point of contact for the local community, maintaining an open-door approach and ensuring people have regular opportunities to ask questions, share feedback, and stay informed. For Nenad, successful projects are built not only through engineering excellence, but through trust, and transparency.
